Return policy
Return policy:
Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return form from Customer Service. Always indicate your order number! You can do this by sending an e-mail to the following address: help@parker-manchester.com
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. the order still contains all the appropriate parts and components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
2. Normal handling of the product is discounted, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear and stockings cannot be returned.
4. the product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
5. We have the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs. parker-manchester is not responsible for return shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period}.
7. If a product has defects, you must prove it with a photo.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return procedure.
Send an e-mail to: help@parker-manchester.com
Make sure the e-mail contains the following:
1. Order number
2. reason for the return request
3. photo of the product in case of breakage
4. customer's first and last name
5. customer's address
We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you request it from us. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
Record for shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.
Please note that refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned package, and a valid tracking number is provided as proof of return. Without this tracking information, we will be unable to process your refund. Thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before returning products to the return address, you must fill out the return form and enclose it in the package. Contact our customer service by email at help@parker-manchester.com to receive the return form.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations within 1 hour after order placement. After this time, your order will already be in our system and scheduled for dispatch, preventing cancellation.
**ALL RETURNS ARE SENT TO OUR MAIN WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
